This past Tuesday, I had fun going to a playground with my mom, Samuel, Elizabeth, and Izzy! I took a lot of pictures to capture how much we were all enjoying ourselves. 🙂 Izzy did a bunch of exploring, and Elizabeth learned a new skill: rock-climbing!
Starting today, I will be sharing a lot more of the adventures I have with my little siblings! We do so much together, which means there will be a lot for me to cover. 🙂
I absolutely love flatlay photography. Sure, spellcheckers don’t yet accept ‘flatlay’ as an acceptable photography form, but I sure do! These photos work out so well for featured images, and I love experimenting with taking my own from time to time. When I found a flatlay photography challenge on Pinterest, I immediately hopped on board!
FAQ’s are always extremely helpful, so I thought why not write one for my blog? In today’s post, I pose eight questions that many of us bloggers think when it comes to reading others’ blogs, but never think to ask. I’ve answered all of them honestly and informatively when it comes to readership on Dreaming of Guatemala! Feel free to write about this yourself on your own blog – I’d love to see your answers!
For quite a long time, my understanding of the introverted and extroverted personality traits was only through stereotypes. I thought of ‘introverts’ as being primarily reclusive individuals who didn’t like others very much and preferred their own company. On the flip side, ‘extroverts’ seemed to be party animals who could never calm down – they were always excited and always talking.
Vogue has a fun way of interviewing celebrities on YouTube: by asking them seventy-three rapid-fire questions. I’d never thought about answering questions that way in blog post format, so I’m very happy that someone turned it into a tag us bloggers can participate in! 😀 I’ve been thinking about participating in this fun blog tag since Dawn @ Drawing Closer to Christ posted about it on her blog – thanks for inviting me to join in, Dawn!
For most of my childhood, evenings were my favorite time of the day. I loved winding down by spending time with my family and doing activities that were either fun or relaxing (bonus points if something scored both!). While I’ve actually been a morning person these past few years (which I’ll talk about in another post!), there are still things that I enjoy doing at the end of each day.
