Decide To Follow Him

Decide To Follow Him

Hello! I hope you’re doing well πŸ˜ŠπŸ’› Happy Sunday to you! Before I get into what I’ll be sharing in this post, I’d like to quickly say that today is my little brother’s 8th birthday! πŸŽ‰

Happy birthday, Samuel! πŸ˜πŸ’™ I love this picture of us with Izzy!

Now, I will be continuing my Psalm 119 study series. I really enjoy writing these posts! 😊

Psalm 119:3

“Yes, they do no unrighteousness
[no willful wandering from His precepts];
they walk in His ways.”

For a long time, I believed that righteousness was synonymous with perfection. This was discouraging because I’ll never be perfect, so I thought that righteousness was unattainable. However, the Lord has taught me now that when we accept Jesus’ gift to us, then we are spotless before Him!

Righteousness is only possible through oneness with the Lord. πŸ’–

In this verse, ‘unrighteousness’ is defined as “no willful wandering from His precepts.”

The Lord knows that there will be times when we will fall down. What He wants us to be doing continually is making the right decisions in life with the abilities and understanding He gives us.

Rest in His love today. ❀ He cares for you much more than you’ll ever know πŸ™‚

I’m praying that you have a beautiful rest of the weekend! πŸ™‚
