Easy Mushroom Quesadillas

Easy Mushroom Quesadillas

Hi there! I hope you’re having a beautiful day. ❤ In this post, I’d like to share with you how to make one of my favorite meals! Recently, my mom put together a new dinner for us to try one evening, and I instantly fell in love with it. It’s delicious, filling, and easy to make! Today, I’ll take you through a little picture tutorial of how to make mushroom quesadillas. 🙂

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • chopped onions
  • sliced mushrooms
  • cheese (we used sliced provolone and shredded mild cheddar)
  • margarine or butter
  • flour tortillas

To start, we added a bit of margarine to our large skillet and began sautéing the mushrooms and onions over medium-high heat.

I absolutely LOVE this smell! ❤

Once the veggies were done sautéing, we put margarine on two tortillas, then filled them with the cheese, mushrooms, and onions.

The awesome thing about this meal is that the sautéed veggies refrigerate well, so if you cook them ahead of time, then it only takes a couple of minutes to make the actual quesadillas! 🙂

Ta-da! Let me know in the comments below what types of quesadillas you like making 🙂 Have a beautiful day!

    1. That sounds yummy, too! Ooh wow 😂 that’s interesting! My mom used to make Nutella quesadillas for me and my brother when we were younger 😋 warm Nutella in a tortilla was the BEST!
