Easy Mushroom Quesadillas

Easy Mushroom Quesadillas

Hi there! I hope you’re having a beautiful day. ❀ In this post, I’d like to share with you how to make one of my favorite meals! Recently, my mom put together a new dinner for us to try one evening, and I instantly fell in love with it. It’s delicious, filling, and easy to make! Today, I’ll take you through a little picture tutorial of how to make mushroom quesadillas. πŸ™‚

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • chopped onions
  • sliced mushrooms
  • cheese (we used sliced provolone and shredded mild cheddar)
  • margarine or butter
  • flour tortillas

To start, we added a bit of margarine to our large skillet and began sautΓ©ing the mushrooms and onions over medium-high heat.

I absolutely LOVE this smell! ❀

Once the veggies were done sautΓ©ing, we put margarine on two tortillas, then filled them with the cheese, mushrooms, and onions.

The awesome thing about this meal is that the sautΓ©ed veggies refrigerate well, so if you cook them ahead of time, then it only takes a couple of minutes to make the actual quesadillas! πŸ™‚

Ta-da! Let me know in the comments below what types of quesadillas you like making πŸ™‚ Have a beautiful day!
