Chicken Carbonara Pizza

Hello there! I hope you’re having a beautiful day. ❀ In this simple recipe post, I’m excited to share a delicious dinner my family and I have been enjoying recently! One of our favorite pizzerias, Pie Five, has thisΒ amazing pizza dish called Chicken Carbonara. I wanted to see if I could recreate it at home, and I’m happy to say that my mom and I were able to! So this post is inspired by Pie Five’s unique menu – they’ve created pizza dishes I had no idea were even possible, haha

All of the ingredients we used were to taste, so there aren’t any measurements, and you can use whatever brands you’d like!

  • pizza crust
  • bacon pieces (optional)
  • canned mushrooms
  • alfredo sauce
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • cooked chicken

It took me forever to cut up all the chicken into bite-size pieces, haha. Here’s a fun fact: once I’d finally finished cutting the chicken, I realized I was only supposed to have cut half of what I’d cooked. The rest was supposed to be for my brother’s salads. >-> At least I saved my mom from extra work, haha!

There’s the alfredo sauce base on the crust …

… and here’s how the pizza looked just before we put them in the oven!

Here’s how it looks when it’s finished! We just followed the cooking instructions on the back of the packaged pizza crust, and it took about 10 minutes to cook. You just have to let the cheese melt, since everything is already cooked and just needs to be heated. πŸ™‚

I hope this post inspired you to try out making cool pizza dishes from home! It just takes a bit of creativity. Thanks for reading!
