Hey there! As I made a note of yesterday, I switched up these two prompts so I could take the pictures for it. 😊 I think this prompt is a different way of saying “Outfit Of The Day,” haha, and since I wasn’t doing anything special yesterday, you’ll get to see my chilling-at-home-type outfit for the first time ever on my blog! I hope you enjoy 😂💙
Day 4 – What You Wore, In Detail
I love getting to be comfortable around the house, and this is a prime example of my style – a cute t-shirt and sweatpants! (When leaving the house, I replace the sweatpants with jeans haha)
I don’t know how well I can describe this outfit, since it’s so simple. However, I’ll try!
I got my Casting Crowns t-shirt from Goodwill. I’ve loved listening to their music for a long time, although here’s a fun fact – I’ve only listened to the song mentioned on this shirt once. Lol! It’s one of their newer-ish songs, and I adore their old music, so …
The sweatpants are from another thrift store. I’m not even sure which one, since I’ve had them for so long! I have a very hard time retiring my sweatpants, because the more I wear them, the more comfortable they get, so I reluctantly go sweatpants-shopping hehe
I got my glasses from my optometrist. (I share that experience in this post!) I actually haven’t worn my glasses that much in the past few weeks, because I found out my blurred vision is related to stress … hah … so if I’m having a better week emotionally, I don’t need the glasses. Cool, huh?
I didn’t wear any jewelry with this outfit because my little sisters love to explore my bracelets and necklaces and would be more than delighted to pull them off. So, I reserve my jewelry-wearing strictly to leaving the house!
Last but certainly not least, here’s a picture of me with the little munchkin whose sole goal yesterday afternoon was to sabotage my self-timed photoshoot. (I’m not sure why that last sentence was so clunky, but you get my point.) I had my phone propped up on one of the dining room chairs and used the timer to take hands-free pictures, and Isabella thought this would be a great opportunity to snatch my phone. She succeeded a few times, but I still managed to get some good pictures!
