He is My Rock

He is My Rock

I am so thankful for His loving care; He accepts me into His loving arms and listens intently as I pour out my heart to Him.
When we hurt, He is there for us.

I am so thankful for His patience; it doesn’t matter what I’ve done or how far I’ve wandered astray; He is always there to welcome me back.

When we make mistakes, His love never fails.

I am so thankful for His friendship; He has stayed with me even though everyone else has rejected me.

When we are lonely, He comforts our hearts and soothes our souls.

I am so thankful for His Presence; knowing that He is always with me has comforted me more times than I can remember.

When we feel afraid and isolated, He reminds us that we are within His care.

I am so thankful for His open arms; no matter how many times I’ve returned to Him after any difficult time in my life, He always joyfully welcomes be back.

When we run back to Him, He rejoices over our return.

I am so thankful for His peace; regardless of what I’m afraid of, the peace that He gives me has caused me to look at situations in a whole new light, without a trace of fear in my heart.

When we are afraid, He is there to comfort us.

I am so thankful for His Word; it encourages, motivates, and inspires me every time I read it. I would be lost without the words of truth that it contains.

When we are looking for wisdom, He uses His Word to guide us.

I am so thankful for His Son; Jesus’ death on the cross and victory over death provided me with the joy of getting to know Him and one day spend eternity with Him. ❤

When we were lost, He came down and rescued us.

I am so thankful for His love; His love for me is the reason why I’m the person I am today, the reason why I am so happy to be alive.

When we feel empty, His love satisfies our hearts.

I am so thankful for all of the Lord’s blessings. What are YOU thankful for?

  1. I am thankful for all that I am, because God made me and is shaping me to be the person He wants me to be. I am thankful that He never has, nor ever will give up on me. I am thankful for all the blessings He has so generously given me, and I don’t mean just material things, they fade. I mean the blessings of peace, hope and happiness that He renews in me whenever I get weak. I am thankful for you Maggie for having the courage to speak boldly about Him like the child of His that you are. You let Him use you to instill His hope and Love into others. I am just thankful that He loves me.

We have a lot of similarities. I am originally from Colombia, and Love the simplify of life. I feel that my love for Jesus is actually my live for life. I went to Roatan Honduras and I saw a paradise in that Island. Colombia is also a beautiful country. But now I am very much a Texas. We have beautiful country sister, and I will be posting about it. I am new to blogger, I am not really a writer but I will defeat that challenge on the grounds that blogging has bring me joy. I will love to hear back from you.
