Spotlight Saturday: Incomplete Thinking

Spotlight Saturday: Incomplete Thinking

Hello everyone! I have an exciting new series to bring to you today.

You know, it always seems that I’m starting and continuing with series all the time, instead of writing individual posts … but that’s okay! Series are fun, and they give readers a sense of what to expect from bloggers.

Anyway, this new series is a way for me to spread the word about the wonderful bloggers out there with short, fun interviews that I do with them so that you can get to know them and their blogs a little better. Even if you’re already following them, it could still be nice to read! You can get more of a feel for who they are and what their blogs are all about. 🙂

And so, today I bring to you the very first post in my Spotlight Saturday series! If I can interview someone every week to post about on Saturdays, well, that would be amazing, but for now, I’m expecting to do this every other weekend. We’ll see!

Alright, now it’s time to delve into this great interview that I did with an amazing blogger that I recently met! I hope you enjoy!

My words are in italics, and hers are in bold.

Spotlight Saturday #1

Welcome to the very first Spotlight Saturday on my blog, everyone! It is my pleasure to introduce to you today a lovely girl who recently started a new blog – please welcome the writer behind Incomplete Thinking!

Hello to Maggie’s lovely viewers! Thank you for allowing me to take part in this interview.

You’re very welcome; I’m excited to get to interview you! So first off, can you tell us a little bit about yourself?

Of course! So I am 13 years old and I have a passion for writing and creative thinking. I also love golf and dance, and I play piano, violin and French horn. I love music as it allows me to express myself.

That’s so cool – and I love music, too! Couldn’t live without it. So, I know that you started your blog fairly recently, and I was wondering: what do you envision for it in the upcoming weeks and months?

Yes, I’ve only just started my blog, but I have lots planned. Mostly I want to focus my posts on my experiences and thoughts, and photography projects.

That sounds wonderful. I’m looking forward to reading those posts! So out of the posts you’ve written so far, which one is your favorite – the one you’d love for newcomers to read first?

Thank you! Well, my favorite post so far is called Forming a Mask – it’s about pretending to be something you’re not. I think it’s my favourite because as I wrote it, the words were real and coming from my heart.

Oh yeah, I like that post! It’s a really good one. I have one last question for you, and then we can finish this interview: What are two reasons why you think other bloggers will enjoy following Incomplete Thinking?

Aw, thank you! Well, the first reason I think other bloggers might enjoy my blog is because I try to make it really open and relatable. I know I personally like reading posts that I can connect to. And the second reason is that I try to have something for everyone – photos, stories, thoughts, questions, and more.

Those all sound great! I’m excited to get to see your future posts myself. Thank you so much for letting me interview you today! Do you have anything else you’d like to say to my readers before we go?

Well, I’d just like to say a huge thanks to everyone reading, and also: if you ever have a concern or question, feel free to swing by my blog and I’ll be happy to help. That’s all for now! Thank you once again for this opportunity.

Thank you all so much for reading! It would make both of us very happy if you could visit her blog for yourself. She’s very sweet, writes about a variety of things, and would love to talk to you in the comments sections of her posts!

Have an awesome Saturday, everyone!!

    1. I’m happy to answer your question 🙂 Well, I play golf quite frequently in different formats, but the one I play most (and my personal favourite) is strokeplay. I also like matchplay, it brings out my competitive side! Hope that answers your question! Thank you ❤

  2. This is such a cool idea! Incomplete Thinking was the first blog I followed, and I have really enjoyed her work. She has inspired me to write my own post on what we take for granted, and she also tagged me in the rapid fire book tag.

I look forward to all of your future interviews!
